THE BRIEF

This project focused on creating a clear and professional identity for The Talent Lighthouse, a business centred around coaching, learning and career development. The turquoise, black and white colour palette, paired with the lighthouse symbol, gives the brand a modern and positive feel.

The identity was carried across a range of materials including business cards, stationery, presentations, flyers and promotional pieces. Keeping the same colours, typography and graphic style throughout helped create a consistent and recognisable look.

The Talent Tribe was developed as a secondary identity for the community side of the business. It keeps a strong visual connection to The Talent Lighthouse while having its own personality, focused on people, potential, progress and belonging.

The finished project brings both identities together as one connected brand. The Talent Lighthouse represents coaching and development, while The Talent Tribe represents the community and connections that continue around it.
